Key fact TURBOSOL and H2P technologies

01 — Understand

Hevatech technology, in three points

Hevatech develops and manufactures technologies that recover lost heat and convert it into electricity. Its portfolio includes the TURBOSOL module and the newer H2P technology for higher-temperature sources, serving industrial processes, power generation and district heating.

01 The solution

02 Technology principle

A thermodynamic loop transfers waste heat to a turbine and generator; Hevatech adapts the architecture to the source temperature and industrial use case.

03 Applications

  • Industrial processes
  • Power generation
  • District heating

TURBOSOL converts a waste-heat source into electricity through a thermodynamic loop.

Hevatech specialises in recovering industrial waste heat and converting it into electricity through its patented TURBOSOL process. The company develops efficient, economically viable energy solutions for industrial sites. Its more recent integration of H2P technology extends its capabilities to higher temperatures and broadens its waste-heat recovery offer.

Together these developments support faster industrial decarbonisation and a more efficient energy transition. Hevatech regularly shares its expertise at energy conferences and industry events.

TURBOSOL, Hevatech’s core technology

TURBOSOL is designed to recover waste heat through a thermodynamic conversion system. Heat is transferred to a working loop that drives a turbine and generator, producing useful electricity from energy that would otherwise be rejected.

The modular approach is intended for industrial sectors where heat is an unavoidable by-product. By adapting equipment to the available temperature, power level and site constraints, Hevatech provides a practical route to greater energy efficiency and lower carbon emissions.

The H2P technology complements this offer by addressing higher-temperature resources, expanding the range of industrial heat streams that can be converted into useful energy.
